Flying Sites close to KL

We need to have flying sites close to KL. Why isn't there any around? Is land that scarce around here? What does it take to get a piece of land to fly on like how they do in the states or other countries. Malaysia should concentrate more on recreational facilities for people else everyone will just get stuck in Malls. That's a pretty sad thing.
